which of these 775 boards?

I'm getting ready to help a friend make a new pc. Which of these boards is the best? My last couple systems have used Gigabyte boards but I saw an Asus one recommended here in the builds thread. It doesn't have many reviews though compared to the others I am looking at. These are in the top of the price range I am looking at. If you have any better recommendations those are welcome as well. Thanks!

Out of those two boards, I'd go with the Gigabyte, since that ASUS board is a lower-end model. Here are some better ASUS boards to consider:

However, if you aren't willing to spend any more, the Gigabyte board would be an excellent choice. It's a very good board and is priced very well.
