Will the following fit on Asus Z77 Saber?

On the Asus z77 saber tooth will the Thermalright silver arrow heatsink with corsair vengeance ram with the big heat spreaders fit if I put the dimms in slot 2 and 4 instead of 1 and 3? Is there a downside to this? I Plan on watercooling eventually so I want the fancy looking ram if I can make it fit.
