I'm trying to sync an office calendar to outlook.com calendar via the instructions found here:

I see in desktop Outlook that the sync looks to have worked properly and I see all of the calendar entries in *desktop* Outlook.
In the Outlook.com web calendar as well as on the mobile device, I don't see any events that occur after 5pm local. I *think* this is related to a "working hours" setting but I cannot find where to set such a thing online and Google search has come up dry.
Does anyone have any advice?
