Just recently had this happen to me. Certain websites such as www.facepunch.com are inaccessible on my PC but work perfectly fine on others. Here's the source of the page I get redirected too.
Wtf is worlderror.org?

Never mind, found the issue. Apparently one of my so called spyware removers was causing it. I need to research better, Yet Another Cleaner is garbage.
