WTB: cheap laptop

I'm looking for a cheap laptop to replace one that my friend dropped and killed. She's mainly going to use it for web browsing and very light photo editing.

Preferably looking for something with a SSD, even a small one like 128GB and 8GB of RAM, although 4GB is okay as long as it's user upgradable. I just need it to meet the minimum specs to run Lightroom and Photoshop.
