WTB: Intel Socket 775 dual core, 4GB DDR2

I am looking to complete a machine I'm putting together from parts laying around, and I'm missing a CPU and RAM.

I'm looking for any socket 775 dual core, preferably not the lowest of the low end, and not the highest of the high end, either. My ideal find would probably be a E7x00 or a E5x00 processor. 45nm is preferred but I'd definitely consider 65nm CPUs, too.

I'm also looking for some affordable DDR2. It doesn't have to be fast. I'll take either 1GB or 2GB sticks.
