I got an 8520 locked to T-Mobile. It can be unlocked by buying an unlock code on eBay/unlocking websites. PM me if you're interested in buying it.
 
I'm pretty sure I have a 3GS lying around somewhere. Factory unlocked, but never jailbroken. How much does a 3GS fetch these days?
