I'm looking to trade my modded EMU 0404 soundcard for a 1212m. The 0404 has been modded with AD8620 opamps (Great with Senns/AKG/Beyer), and the output caps have been removed. All work was professionally done by MisterX, and the card sounds great! It will come with everything, including the stock breakout, in the original box. I will add cash to the deal, how much I add depends on if the 1212m is modded and if it comes with the original box..
