[Xbax&PS3] Looking for fun local (casual?) Co-op game

To play w/ gf. I mistakenly got Ratchet & Clank: Crack in Time thinking it was All 4 One (saw a trailer some time ago and thought it was out), and now I'm lost as to what to look for next.

Let's see...
1) Likes Torchlight A LOT
2) Likes the LEGO series A LOT
3) Blows at driving/kart games
4) [I'm] Not fond of console FPS, and local FPS would be a crappy experience as well
5) CO-OP!

The only games I can think of are Torchlight 2 (I know, PC) and All 4 One. What else is out there, if anyone kinda gets the type of game I'm looking for?
 
Most the lego series have co-op (I think, only done indiana jones, but there's loads for PS3/Xbox)
Trine. (can get demo)
Deathspank (its ok, you can demo)
Littlebigplanet (can demo, PS3 only, theres a second one coming out)
A load of tower denfese/casual games (PvZ, Pixeljunk monsters, comet crash)
...Lost planet 2! (might not be your thing because of FPS style shooting, but is great co-op on a big 40inc+ tv :D)

Funny you mention those games, because I have most of those!
- Have all the Legos (save for Harry Potter and Rock Band)
- Trine, but she doesn't like it.
- Just got Deathspank off XBLA
- PVZ, but I hate having to play over for multiplay. Between multiple computers (before cloud support), and the iPhone I've played this over too many times; think I racked up over 100 hours on Steam for this game.
- LP2, not her thing..

Hmm... maybe Dead Rising 2!

Viva Pinata Trouble in Paradise
Castle Crashers
Tomb Raider : Guardian of Light
 
Lara Croft does look like a winner. As does Castle Crashers.
