There arent any options in the BIOS for ahci, or anything relating to the hard discs for that matter. The driver being used is the microsoft one from 2006. I couldnt find a newer version... Any other suggestions?

Its not specific to computers, but I do a lot of high-pressure air tubing and have always found the largest selection of fittings from http://www.mcmaster.com/ if you can think of a fitting they have it in several materials and sizes. Shipping is fast and effecient as well.

Height, swivel, and tilt (+ and -) adjustments

Horizontal shift is next to nothing. Vertical shift is a bit touchy but there is an area about 10-15" vertically right in front of it where the color barely changes. Once you set it how you like it and sit in the same chair it should be a non-issue. There is no perceptible input lag.

Do you remember what the current ratings on them are? Have you tried two single fan controllers?

I solved it by moving it away from my wireless network adapater. adapter is on the back of the computer, keyboard/mouse thing is on the top of the case, completely fixed the studdering problem.
