I would get terrible screen tearing on mine as well using the stock firmware. It would happen no matter what the resolution, refresh, v-synch were set to. Flashing the 50" firmware seems to have resolved it, at least for me. This one works well, too...

Can anyone explain why they don't offer tiered service plans? $8/month is fine for the old content, but I think a lot of people would gladly pay ... say, $16/month plan for newer stuff. Why limit it to one plan only?

Is there a way to enable GPU scaling at 1920x1080@120Hz or 2560x1440@60Hz? When I switch to GPU scaling, the only supported resolutions are 1080p@60Hz (with the monitor displaying 1080p@60Hz) and 2560x1440@30Hz(with the monitor is displaying 3840x2160@30Hz).
