I don't speak russian at all, my wife does and hopefully my newborn son will someday also. This is for the family media center.
I'd rather have the letters built in than use decals which can wear off. Looks like wasdkeyboards might be a promising bet to make a custom keyboard with this layout.
It seems like almost every mechanical keyboard vendor only ships keyboards with english or blank keys. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one with english and russian key caps?
Thanks!
Does anyone have any recommendations for wireless mice used for gaming? I want to look into a wireless keyboard and mouse for my htpc setup. I've used wireless in the past and have had problems with lag and range.
I'm looking for something with virtually no lag, good range, and long battery...
Has anyone found a good usb flash drive thats really durable and won't break? I like to keep one on my keychain so it gets a lot of friction and abuse. Anything with a cap is out because caps easily wear out then fall off and get lost.
I had a corsair drive before, one of the ones with the...
What kind of cpu fan do you have? Is it a normal upward facing stock fan? Or is it one that faces one of the 4 horizontal directions? (horizontal in the sense that the case is laying on its side, motherboard parallel to the table).
If its a horizontal facing fan, try it in each of the 4...
I was a little skeptical about how much of a difference it made but curious. I've always wanted a keyboard with blank keys so I went and ordered the Flico Otaku with Chery MX browns. Already I can tell the difference over the standard mushy keys and it's not some stupid placebo effect to justify...
I've been using an lsi sas hba and the chenbro sas expander with freebsd/zfs for a while. I've never been happier with another raid implementation. zfs has a ton of nice features and it's so simple to use. mdadm, lvm, and a filesystem with linux is just clumsy and annoying. With snapshots and...
Spend some money buying components to fit them into rackmount cases and put them in my rack. Then I never power them on again. At least I only have a half height rack so when it gets full I know its time to throw something away.
Usually I only try to sell spare parts if I'm really sure I don't...
Thats true I didn't think about optical drives. I've had a few of those fail. Especially when I used to play CD intensive games like Baldur's Gate way back in the day before knowing I could just copy the content to disk. I've since sworn off physical media entirely. I have one usb floppy and a...
Of all your history of building and dealing with computers, what component has failed the most for you?
For me hands down its motherboards. Most computers I've owned I've gone through at least 2 sets of motherboards before upgrading the entire machine. Most of them just seem so cheaply made...
