Please post youre opinions about amd/ATI.

QFT The past year and a half (ever since Conroe), we've really seen Intel be on top of the game, and look where we are at right now - Quad cores for as cheap as $250. Competition is great, and now I'd like to see AMD offer the same innovation with Phenom that we saw, and continue to see, with...

Few simple questions on Blu-Ray drive and PC

I was considering get a Blu-Ray reader (Lite-on) at Newegg for about $200. My monitor is a 22' 1680x1050 resolution. I'm aware that this would be downscaled to 720p while watching any DVDs or Blu-Ray discs. 1.) Will 720p Blu-Ray still be worth it (in terms of visual quality) than 720p DVD...

    Still lottery with Dell 2007wfp (S-IPS) ??

I remember this time a year ago, many people were getting S-PVA (or MVA) instead of S-IPS panels without the buyer's knowledge as to what they would be receiving. I was wondering if this is still going on today, and if so, to what extent? Thanks

    R600 Date

I'm not sure how you figure that. nVidia got two months free and still had a few troubles with the drivers. ATI will have about half that time. Let's hope they're driver team is willing to work overtime, or else we might have a far worse situation on the virge of R600's launch in regards to...

    Samsung 226BW 22": 3000:1 Contrast, 2ms response time

Nut854 pretty much summed it up. Backlight bleed, color saturation / accuracy, and viewing angles are at the top of my list. Input lag and ghosting comes next. We really appreciate it. :)

    22" monitors at best buy.

Yea, I'm pretty sure you saw the Samsung 225BW (and not the newer 226BW version). I was there last week and they told me they wouldn't be showing the Samsung 226BW on display (Circuit City does, though).

Looking good....did you notice any backlight bleeding (ever), and how were viewing angles? Thanks

    Forceware 100.54 Vista 32bit

By looking at your history, I would have serious doubts whether or not they were genuine problems, or a screen you just managed to draw green and blue lines on so you could bash nVidia. So in other words, at this point, posting pictures really does you no good. You've already lost too much...

    Forceware 100.54 Vista 32bit

You're quite a character. I'm surprised you haven't been delt with yet. Calling the drivers crap pretty much unveils the large bias you seem to have, as well as all the other attacks you've seemed to make these past few weeks. If you look around, the general concensus are reporting...

The best 22" monitor for the price.

The LG L226WT just launched for $400 and seems to be getting pretty good feedback.
