No, my point was that there's a good chance that in 3-6 months, both of those communities will have dried up a great deal. The smaller the player pool, the harder it will be to find a good game as the title ages. BTW, I also like TF2 better than Halo 3. TF2 cracks me up.

Pick up Crackdown and Condemned on the cheap. They're both worth it. Neither one is great but both are solid and can be picked up for less than $20 used.

The only time this is a real problem is if you have a 1080i-only television. Then it becomes a real pain in the ass.

It's still unknown if it will run in true 1080p or not. Prologue doesn't. It's 1280x1080. They also just announced that it will have weather effects, night/day races, and damage. With those announcements, I'll be shocked if it releases before 2009. It might get a holiday 2008 for Japan but...
