This has nothing to do with Euro Socialism, this is Italy an old country which needs some major refactoring all-around.

I am Italian, and I can tell you my country is the worst piece of sh.t in politics and the justice system. We are in urgent need of a major refactoring in those systems. You should see a courtroom while in process. It's like a circus. My justice system is neither fair nor just.

kllrnohj You got me all wrong. I am not talking about 850 Mhz speed or the ATT new towers or whatever technology superiority that brings... Without 850 Mhz for 3G/HSDPA in Canada there is NO 3G compatibility. So we are stuck with EDGE. It's also true for ATT in the US.

I have the HTC Hero and it's pretty good. Sure the Market Place is a small subset of the Apple Store but it's growing fast. The main issue here in north america is the fact that all the cool new phones don't have 3G 850 Mhz support at launch. So we are left behind and this sucks.

It's typical from a company which does infringe on IP to counter-sue and hope this will bring some kind of compromise or settlement.

I am not left or right. I am Canadian watching from my country and even I can see Fox is biased crazy. It's is NOT fair. It's is NOT balanced. It's is NOT even news most of the time. Only editorials. I am NOT a leftist. Far from it. I am a conservative. But Fox is simply a big joke.

95% of the population is retarded. So "independent studies" based on the population belief that Fox is fair and balanced is retarded. If you really believe Fox is fair and balanced then you need help.

If Fox "News" can die I am all for it. However, it's the best comedy network on TV right now.
