Just so you are aware that screenshot only tells yu what the card is capable of IIRC not what it is installed into. Kinda like in the 32bit XP days we all had 4GB of RAM but only 3.25GB was usable. I'm not saying this is your problem just an observation.

Ok I am looking to get a Dfi nf4-D Board and I want to put a swiftech mcx-159 HSF on the chipset. I know that I will not be able to put my x800pro in the top x16 slot. I want to make sure that I can use the bottom x16 slot for my video card without any problems! Can anybody confirm this?

You like that ram because of its potential? Because it "rated" speed is not that impressive. I ask because I am thinking my planned S754 system would OC better with 1- 1GB stick than 2-512MB sticks.
