Another vote for Arcsoft. One other that hasn't been mentioned is that it still supports HDDVD (although not advertised); this is a big plus for me since I have a hybrid drive and a bunch of HDDVDs... Cyberlink already dropped HDDVD support since version 8.

Is there anywhere in the Bios to turn of automatic shut down when temp is too high? Or adjust the critical temp upwards? I still think it is overheating and thus rebooting during the install.

May be overheating since it is a shuttle. Try to drop the cpu multi during install and then crank it back up after install.

Yea, it is. When I was looking for mATX psus for my old rig, this was the only one that came up with dual 12v rails. All other high wattage mATX psu are have high current ratings on the 3V and 5V rails which is not what ppl need. BTW, the two 12V rails are rated at 8A and 14A.

Ok, to clarify, I have AHCI enabled when installing windows (it's a new setup altogether). However, I cannot hot plug the sata drives as expected that I can. I can't confirm whether NCQ is working either (don't know how). So does hot swapping sata drives work for you?

Did anyone enable this feature in the bios and have your Sata drives hot swappable? I enabled it but my drives aren't hot swappable...can't figure out why. Someone please shed some light on this. I'm just wondering if this feature is not actually implemented in the bios.

Hello, I just got this board and have everything running. I was wondering if anyone has any luck with getting AHCI to work with standalone sata drives (not raid)? I have this running with the Intel Matrix Storage manager but my sata drives are still not not swappable...I can't confirm...

If you're planning to oc the heck out of it (4ghz+), then the more expensive ram maybe a good investment. The tighter timings don't really do much (+/-3%) wrt the over all performance of the system. Then again, if you're planning to go all out on the oc...it's probably better to grab the E8500...

Depends really on what multiplier your cpu will have and how much you plan to oc...can't really comment without knowing these.

Everyone knows that the Costco "deals" are only really fore-shadowing the regular price may be a month or two in the future... So, their "deals" never really go away.
