Check it out. Crazy as it sounds AOL Time Warner are suppose to be the current owners and it is rumored that they get about 2 mil per year for royalties. I think they only get royalties when it is used in something that is for profit.
Being libelous is what that guy was being, and possibly Tagan could be responsible and liable for libel because they gave him authorization to represent them.
Did you all know that happy birthday is a copyrighted song? Technically, every time it is played or sung in a public venue you have to pay royalties to the copyright holder.

It seems a select few of you have your priorities really messed up.
It's ok to lie, but not ok to be rude.
Then some of you go to great lengths to keep trying to justify your hate for someone that is a little on the abrasive side, attempting to preach half-baked notions of how one...
Doesn't anyone here know that corn farming is set to become huge with E85 and other things. Price of chicken is set to go up due to the cost of corn increasing from all around market demand. P2P is not hurting corn farmers.
Part of the fun with PCs is all of the friggin upgrades we go through. Hell yea they have a huge premium over a 400 dollar console but we can keep up with technology.
Starforce is bad um-kay. Can see how it protects anything and if any of you think it is ok now you should lay off your mom's breast milk.
And yes goldentiger for the hundredth time demos do contain starforce. uber lameness.
I can understand where the OP is coming from too.
I went thru the whole NF3 and 6800gt DX9 issue and so many fan boys were saying that the problem wasn't real or that people that had the problem where drama queens/whiners, etc. What was real was this was a common problem that people were...
So how long is a long time? All the epson printers I've had ended up in the trash before the end of a year due to smearing or clogging. They work great in the beginning then crap out on you, cause you to buy more ink each time thinking that will fix the problem, Then get thrown away.
I went...
to all of those who think it is uncool to post a bad review you might want to avert your eyes.
There are a ton of neg posts at RR now, and I am sure we will see a lot more soon.
On one of the threads someone mentioned the idea of putting the innards of their xbox in a PC case.
Has anyone done this or have any comments on doing it?
I am curious how many of the ones that talk tough have really had to deal with hardware problems before.
No one can understand anothers problems and frustrations truly unless they have dealt with them firsthand before.
nVidia is known to have driver problems and not deal with them for...
I would say go for it. Who knows if you will get a bigger monitor in the future and will be kicking youself because you went cheap. If you are not wanting to waste the money the 320MB is not too bad of a price.
I bought a 30 from dell and the first one had two stuck pixels. I thought I could live with it but every time my eyes would go right to the pixels. I got a replacement that is perfect and am glad I did. I would say do the same. You might have to pay for return shipping (?) but at least...
I recommend you writing a review on resellerratings.com. I has more exposure than HardOCP may have. Maybe one of us can do the write up for you cuz you are a little too nice.
I agree with you Elliot.
Good quality and customer service doesn't happen by accident. Bad service is becoming the norm. As you may see, for whatever reason, people actually defend or make excuses for these companies that claim great service, charge for it, but fail to deliver.
Never bought XFX stuff because of lack of customer service. XFX does not have anywhere near the positive stories that the better ones in their field have. With companies like BFG or eVGA they at least make an effort to provide good service and support and it shows in our community (not saying...
I had the 6800 GT and NF3 stuttering problem. It was about a year and a half (if I remember right) before nVidia fixed it with a driver. Some people had the problem but most did not. Those that did not have the problem didn't have to deal with the total BS that the rest of us did and could...
From Wikipedia search of IPTV:
"It has now been confirmed that Microsoft's Xbox 360 videogame console, will as of 2007, be able to recieve IPTV signals. Thus allowing you to watch Television over Xbox LIVE."

If you scroll down to a post from mwforbes he show a pic and an explanation of the problem. So is this the same problem for the rest of you all?
