A 1070 or 1660 super it's probably what you're going to be looking at in that price range. Not sure if that qualifies as way better but just an idea what you'll be looking at.
I have never even fired up either of these APs so honestly I don't know if there are licensed tied to them. The documentation doesn't show whether they have licenses or not.
