I haven't done any overclocking but I've been happy with the 2700x with the stock Wraith Prism. The only issue I had was that I could not get it to remain stable when gaming using a GTX970. It would run fine for a couple of minutes then video would drop. Game would continue with no problems...
Keep in mind this is only good for a couple of metro areas so far. San Francisco Bay Area, Fresno CA and Greater Boston MA.

It's chips shipped since Jan. 9th. Which was the release date of sandy bridge. So, nothing shipped before then. So, ever single p67 boards will be included in the recall.
Sandy Bridge was released on Jan. 9th. Nothing was supposed to ship prior to that date. So, claiming only those shipped as of Jan. 9th covers all Sandy Bridge boards.

I am currently using a Sunbeam Core-Contact Freezer on my core2quad. I am looking at upgrading to a new sandy bridge setup, most likely the the 2500k. I've been told that my currently cooler will continue to provide good results, I just need to use an adaptor.
