Windows 7 backup won't work with a 4k drive. People say to use the WD Quick Format Utility and Select 'Factory Reset/Default', However this option is not available when I do that. Same problem as this guy: https://community.wd.com/t/wd-quick-formatter-not-allowing-4k-to-512-sector-format/5479

I'm thinking of getting a full water cooled AIO system pre-built by NCIX. If they set up the watercooling for the CPU and GPU, how long can I use this system at home before it will need water cooling maintenance?

Not all the time, but intense periodic bursts, what could be causing it? I think It's from a service in svchost.exe Could it be BITS service? Instead of disabling BITS I just changed windows update settings to full manual (don't check). I will see if the hdd activity still happens.

I have a P7P55D-E LX The HDD is SATA III and so is the mobo, but I want to run the drive in SATA II to keep the video card at 16X. Do I need to change the jumper to SATA II also, or does SATA II work automatically when you set it to SATA II?
