Hello All, I am working with ALF II 360 rev. 4 mounted to a i9 10900KF. Motherboard is Asus ROG Strix Z590-E Gaming WIFI.
ALF 4 pin is connected to CPU_FAN header. In UEFI the CPU Fan Q-Fan Control is set the PWM Mode, and Profile set to Full Speed.
HWiNFO and AI Suite report a max CPU fan...

If you follow Brendans work you'll know that hes been doing this kind of analysis for years. Usually it has to do with spending inordinate cycles executing a particular code block. The result of the inefficient code produces similar results as an inefficient processor. Not so surprising.

I adopted removable drive trays years ago. I have a stack of them setting next to me. Ubuntu, Slackware, various Win 7, 8, 8.1, 10. Operating systems each bring certain strengths. Its good to have choices.
I have done this.
Tools: Needles, use both ends. Cut the tip off the eye and it gives you a gripper.
A loop, so you can see those tiny things.
Digital cam, snap some macros and it will reveal which pins are off.
You may need to straighten, snap, inspect, repeat several times.
