Help with ram choice plz

OK my current setup is listed below and i'm looking to jump to 2gigs of ram. this is where i get lost since i want my new ram to run close to or better than my current ram.

Lanparty UT SLI-DR 704-2bta bios
3800X2@2550
300x8.5 (ram divider 5/6)
2x512 Mushkin 2-2-2 special(running 232mhz@2-3-2-8)
XFX 7800GTX OC
2x36g Raptors in Raid 0
X-fi extrememusic sound card
PC Power&cooling 510 Express

here are my current 2 choices let me know if i should be looking else where plz.

2GB Dual Channel Kit PN - OCZ4002048ELDCPE-K 2-3-2-5

or

2GB (2x1024) D/C Kit PN – OCZ5002048EBPE-K 3-3-2-8

its a big diffrence in price and potential performance so i want to make a good choice.
if there is a better choice that i am missing could someone point me to it.

ok so the EB with its big price tag is worth the price? if it can hit 300 @ decent timings then i guess it is. i could careless about benchmarks its my gaming performance that matters the most. especially since i now have FEAR and Q4 and good old BF2 sitting at home waiting for me to get home and play them :D
