How do you set vista to set not resize your wallpaper when you have it "centered"?
I made a wallpaper 1920x1920 (instead of 1920x1200) so that when I rotate my monitor (Gateway FPD2485W) the wallpaper will still cover the entire desktop, even though parts of the wallpaper are obscured, but with Vista the wallpaper is resized to show the whole image resulting in what ever background color you have (in my case black) to show up as columns.

-Thank you

In the dialog box where you choose the wallpaper select the center option in the drop down box where you can choose center, tile, and stretch. This centers the image and does not stretch it. Well it does in my experience on Vista and XP.

The stretch option stretches the image chosen to fit the desktop and the tile option does not stretch the image but repeats it to cover the desktop.
