I thought about 32GB sticks too but looks like according to the spec, if you put them on the board, they can only run at 1066:(

And that is when you up the IMC voltage on your CPU and "overclock" the IMC... unless there is some hard coded limit in the BIOS that is specifically there to limit the speed of the 32GB DIMMS.
