quick vdimm question

i want to add 2x512 adata 1.8v to my 2x1 ballistix. 2.2v i'm not concerned with the timing being underclocked to 5-5-5-18 but how are the 2 diff voltages going to work?

You can't set 2 different voltages on the same board. All slots will run the same voltage. Either your Adata is going to be running at 2.2v or the Crucial will be at 1.8v.

if i loosen the timings to 5-5-5-18 anyone have any experience running the crucial at 1.8v. i'd give it a shot but they're being rma'd at the moment.

So the ballistix is overclocked/overvoltaged from the factory.

Industry specs state 1.8v as standard.

In any case, my Corsair Value Select sticks are default 1.8v, and run great up to 1066 at 2.1v with stock timings.

My PC2 8500 Ballistix are running at DDR854 5-5-5-18 2T @ 1.95v at the moment.
