Whilst this board may be fine I highly doubt that an Atom based system can decode HD videos
What he said While just about ANY Atom (or single core CPU or sub-2GHz CPU in general) is unable to properly decode HD content (though it seems the 1.6GHz Atom can handle some 720p streams with the right software), new generation chipsets (Pulsbo, G(M)45, 9x00) have logic in them that allows (using PowerDVD, or similar software), that decode to be offloaded to the IGP, leaving the CPU free to handle general system duties (like Blu-Ray key decoding, if present). The 9400 IGP supports hardware acceleration of H264 content; the 945G that the Atom is gimped with is just barely enough to do acceptable acceleration of DVDs. That's why most Atom systems struggle with HD content.
Try talking to a Zotac PR. I managed to get hold of one over at SPCR via PM, and he's been VERY forthcoming with help - one of which being the lack of portuguese distributors for the Zotac brand in general.Another issue though is I cant find a UK (r)etailer that sells Zotac boards, plenty of people selling Zotac graphics cards but not the boards...will have to google a little harder!
Cheers.
