Is there a way to force a specific refresh rate in Torchlight, e.g., 85hz? The game keeps defaulting to 60hz. I have tried RefreshLock, but it does not seem to work with this game.

The Q9450 is being replaced with the Q9400, which is essentially a Q9450 with 6MB of total L2 cache as opposed to 12MB. Think of it as a Q9300 clocked up to 2.66 GHz.

Have you considered the Hazro HZ24W? It uses the same 24" H-IPS panel as the LCD2490WUXi. It even has the A-TW polorizer, although it does not feature SpectraView II.
