I think that the 2090uxi is an S-IPS panel, not an H-IPS. It has the A-TW polarizer, though. As for the coating, I have never seen the 2090uxi, so I do not know. I am this close to pulling the trigger on a 2490WUXi, but that would not really help you with your 2090uxi dilemma.

For those purposes, I would recommend the Samsung 245T. Its input lag will not matter if you do not game.

That backlight looks good to me. It is a tad bit brighter in the lower-left quadrant, but you might end up with far worse problems if you exchanged the monitor.

The original 275T, according to what I read here, had 50ms of input lag. I wonder if the PLUS version will do any better.
