Don't misunderstand the processor's tdp as wattage of power consumption, merely as measurement of dissipation needed for processor. The 6670 at full load consumes less than 100 watts and I would assume the processor overall would add another 170~ full load with it's iGP active for crossfire...
The board is fine for overclocking but even then it's 4.2ghz with an additional 2 modular cores. Though it would be more helpful to post exact settings you've changed etc. I haven't done AMD overclocking in a while but I don't think it's just vcore and north bridge that affects overclocking.
Corsair link is mainly for monitoring and controlling fans with a aesthetic touch. There are no options to control PSU's fan but I don't see why you would want it to always be on. The whole hybrid fan mode has been a big hit.
Since these processors don't appear in retail channels you might have better luck looking at supermicro boards. CPU's are awfully shortened listing compared to memory but most manufacturers do properly list ones that are guaranteed to be supported however they may omit your non standard (oem)...
You never really mentioned the cards you plan to get for your powers supply question. The motherboards are nearly identical however the OC force is watercooling ready; 3/8 fittings iirc. You are paying for the extra thunderbolt ports which has been assumed to be $120~ price range.
Hit up your normal diagnostics such as Mem test if you can get into windows to use it else make a bootable drive on another pc. To your original issue of intel graphics having issues, how exactly did you isolate that to be the problem? Hardly is it IGP to have such issues.
EVGA classified used under LN2 for a few benches still in working condition. Thermal grease has been nicely cleaned off and comes with all accessories. PM if interested.
