the only reason why 820 doesn't have Speedstep is because the other P-D's only slow down to 2.8gig
being at 2.8gig already the 820 has no where to go slower

320. I think a 450w + is my safest best, Since I may have more optical drives or harddrives later on.

there is also a issue about latency in the celeron L2 cache, i think it was shown to be 1, whereas P3 had a latency value of 0,
im not sure what that means, you cant really have a latency of 0, but it must mean something....
