If its just the menu's your worried about, its all stored in the .cuix file. Do your new install and copy+open your old .cuix and your done.
If you have customized other stuff, alot of it is stored in the users registry under the ACAD tree as well as the users app data folders.

Looks like the new and old motherboard have the same north and south bridge. Audio chip and network chip are different.
One should be able to plug the old hard drive into the new motherboard and boot. You might have to install the new audio and network drivers. After that it should just work.

Dude, your 5mbps pipe has never been unlimited DATA. There has always been a data cap. Data caps have been in place for years now.
Some ISP's have been nice, and don't charge people when they go over their data allotment. Since some users don't use all of their allotment, they have taken that...
