No the 2MB cache and 4MB cache makes a very small difference in real life -- 2-3%. But in the Super Pi 1M it makes a huge difference, it cuts several seconds off your time. And that, in a nutshell, is why I think the Super Pi 1MB is a useless benchmark.
Fry's have had this rebate running about half the time for nearly a year. It was running a week ago and it was running a month ago, and 2 months ago, and a year ago. It has become a regular deal with them. Will it be running again in the next few weeks? Probably. But I can't see into the...
If you are looking at the typical range of a good E4300 overclock, that is 3000 to 3200 MHz. So you should base it on that. For that you can get DDR2-667 memory and you don't need to spend a lot on that. You can get that for about $120 for 2 GB if you look through the hot deals section. You...

Of course I follow the directions exactly, photocopy all the forms, and then take a photo of the completed...
Avoid Corsair in the $200-$300 price range, unless you like the PROMOS memory chips that do not overclock well. After I RMA'ed a defective set of Corsair they sent me actually a pretty good set that would make it all the way up to 486 MHz at very loose timings of 5-7-7-20 that is. Most of...
This one is pretty quiet and moves a good volume of air. I have one one one of my PC and I'm happy with it. If you want blue, this one is very blue.
