Just checking you tried to delete it with the quotes and space in command prompt and not in PowerShell? I vaguely recall I couldn't delete the invalid files in PowerShell for whatever reason. Can also try del /s on the \\?\ path.
Can try the \\?\ path syntax again but put it in quotes. Then try adding a space at the end of the filename, or maybe even a couple spaces. I've had invalid files with spaces at the end, and just like you, I could create new files with the same apparent name.
Been trying a 360 for a little while now and so far I'm finding it handy while traveling. Ironically, I use it with a selfie stick to avoid being in the pictures. Not the greatest quality, but better than nothing.
Just an FYI... the Benefit Administrator can see the name, email address, product ordered, date, and city it was shipped to. Not that I've ever heard of anyone getting in trouble (or even caring), but your company/school/organization can easily determine non-legit orders if they really wanted to.

If I recall, they're perpetual licenses, restricted to non-commercial use. Generally free to download, with a possible charge if you want the physical media.
I believe these are a few to start with:
