dual monitor mostly rapes your video card, and rapes it good. i've got a friend who ahs it setup and he jsut uses the second for a GIANT minimap as he can't use it for much else without getting 2 frames a second.

odd choices of settings. my 3800+ with a single 8800 GTS is getting similar settings as the xp single core test at 1600x1200. also i've found setting priority to above normal helps IMMENSLY.

might be interested in teh monitor alone. seattle too. got a link to specs on it?

my answer is supreme commander. my 3800 + just ain't cuttin it anymore :(

i've got the dlink wua-1340 that many have had problems with and doesn't appear to work across boots. i'd be willing to trade straight across for a card taht does work in linux.

I would like a linux compatible wireless card, g is preferable. PCi or USB, both work. as cheap as possible? (under 30 bucks if at all possible)

make sure you up hte fan to 100%. riva tuner as well as ntune allow that. i did a 7 hour stress test at 655/940 last night and it never got over 59 degrees. =D

evga, passing 630 core and stable at 900 memory, haven't tried to go farther on that yet.

what drivers you using? i checked guru3d and they don't have anything newer for xp than what came on the disc (wtf nvidia, i want my drivers!) i can change it by hand in the driver, but that's a pain. esp with WoW cause i like to change on the fly with the push of a button (drop an aa level...

driver set perhaps? i looked in teh drivers and alls fine there.

here's an odd one. games only show 8x aa in their menus. i got xp, 8800 GTS 640 meg and 97.92 drivers. i've noticed this with WoW and with day of defeat source.... any ideas?
