For what its worth I just shot Time Warner a e-mail telling them if the ever switch to this they will loose me as a customer. I currently get tv, phone, and internet from them so they will loose more than just a internet customer.

z-5500 will not decode Dolby TrueHD. It will decode DTS and Dolby Digital 5.1. Only hardware out there that currently decodes that is HD-DVD and BLU-RAY hardware players. If watching through powerdvd .... powerdvd will resample Dolby TrueHD into Dolby Digital 5.1 im pretty sure.

go opteron you could get the cheaper processors for it now and most likely with a simple bios update drop in a couple of dual core opterons in later on if you wish.

using it now 1920x1200 with 16x AF and image_lodbias -10 i get 39.9fps on first run and 45.5 fps on second run. that is a combo of cat 4.9 gl driver and the shader mod before i got 31.6 fps first run and 35.8 fps on second run. i am happy with the results and dont see any quality...

i tried uninstalling 4.7's then installing 4.9's then i tried just installing over the 4.7's and both times the 4.9's were messed up one install they worked and when i was playing doom3 i got BSOD after the reboot it showed i had no drivers installed.... so im just sticking with 4.7 for now
