Try Fry's. I got a E2200 and MB for 79.98 out the door for my kids system this weekend, and of course it will be folding. If there is not one around you, you might see if someone would be willing to pick it up for you and ship it.
Umm, no option for that, probably because it is the linux client. I think I figured it out, but I am not sure it will auto start after a reboot. I manually downloaded it using wget, but it did not use the config file that was made with cfgfold command.
I was attempting to use this again, but it will not pull down the folding client, has something changed? I used testnet and it passed, but getfold errors out.
That sounds like a Belkin to me. We have a huge stack of them here (16-20 units) that shut off during a power outage and never came back on. We are buying the cheap units here at work because we put one with every piece of field equipment and a 300va UPS usually last 30-45 mins with the amout...
Any news on what is happing with this? Just got my hands on another WRT54G v3 and would like to use it for this, but if it is not going to work I may pass it on.
I would be interested in the iMac for a project for my wife, but do not live close enough to pick it up, would you be interested in getting a shipping quote on it?
Yeah same problems with my T2300, if it gets unplugged it drops speed. I would think there would be a BIOS setting to fix that but the only thing I found was to lock it in at 1.0 ghz.
These are thin clients, which means the central server does most of the work. I do not think this will work out like you want. They problably could fold with the right software, but their cpu power is very low.
