I am running a Sempron 3000+ Palermo on an Asus K8N-E Deluxe. The FSB max on this board is 300MHz, so that limited my OC to 2.7 GHz. I was able to accomplish this with a voltage setting of 1.675 in the bios, but it must be noted that there is something very screwy about the voltage on this board. Any setting from 1.55-1.65 (and possibly others) gives a voltage in Asus Probe of 1.536. 1.675 is the first to give anything higher, and it jumps to ~1.62, quite odd.
My temps on the stock cooler, with no case (just bare motherboard sitting on desk) are 31-33C (depending on ambient temp) idle and 52C at full load running Prime 95. The machine is stable with roughly 20 hours of Prime95 torture test.
Let's hope some more Sempron OCers post their findings here. I am thinking that it would be more likely to happen if a duplicate of this thread was created and dedicated to either only Semprons or s754 chips overall. We know the 754 guys sure have pride!
EDIT: Here are the numbers from my Sempron:

I just received my monarch 144 order. I bought 3 oem cpus.
The stepping is CACJE 0602GPMW on all 3.
On my first try, the first cpu I tried does 2.7ghz ON STOCK VOLTS with the stock AMD copper heatpipe sink.
Amazing. Still priming, but no failures yet! Tempted to try 2.8ghz next on stock volts lol. This thing must be capable of 3ghz or so with more voltage.

Check my puters webpage for complete details.
I could not get it compleatly error free on Core 0 with anything higher than this speed and 1.525v.
I left it at this speed for stability and cooler temps. Core 0 is a poor OC'er on my chip.

EDIT: I don't have all the parts to my computer yet, so I can't even try it till later in the week when I finish my build.
