After spending a few hours tweaking settings trying to find out why the heck steam won't work, I find this thread and realize its thier fault (as always)....bah... Steam sux...

lol...they were hit with 100 mph winds..worst storm to hit the area in over a decade...ppl died,so get over it...it just steam...life goes on(hard to imagine not playing cs isnt it)do what i did..uninstall it and move on
