vote yes and i run at 440/1160 everyday, back before my old PSU fried(got old and used) i was managing 460/1200 for everyday use, but with this new antec one it doesnt like me going above this limit
i had very bad performance with the 71.24 drivers, i hated them, so i gave them to a dude on another forum and he had even worse performance than me :D
after that i switched to 71.20's and they seem to be better(ALOT)
if he's just watching DVD's he should get a 6600, since they got the working video chip in there, video is alot better than any ATI card, i seen a review on it and it showed stairstep edges on stuff like sanfransico rails while there was no stairstepping on the 6600, also had alot of banding on...
well, games will run alot faster and look alot better with the 6600GT, but some games will run like crap still.
also know that with the newer video card you will be able to crank your resolution up higher and raise AA/AF up alot to make the game look even better
i noticed it did the same thing with farcry for me, the max settings werent really max settings, so i went to the configure farcry shortcut and i went threw the advanced settings, noticed everything was on close to lowest settings. just manually select the highest settings, and it should be great
