I would second the recommendation for the PC-7 Plus II.
It's the perfect size for the carry case you posted and would easily hold your components. It's super-light and one of the cheapest LL cases, but still great quality. I got mine from Performance-PC's with the window side panel for $99...
There is a single T-fitting that feeds the T-line, which is routed up behind the drive cage.
On the inlet and outlet are just short pieces of tubing. I trimmed them so they would be as short as possible without the fittings touching inside.
The outlet tube supports the pump just fine...

Good luck with your build - I had a lot of fun with mine and I'm really happy with the result.

Man, the wire management on this thing is SWEET! Definitely the best I've seen in a case - it's almost like they copied my mods...
I have the PC7 Plus II, and love it.
I also like the PC-A16 a lot.
Performance-pcs.com is generally a good place to buy Lian-Li, but they don't seem to have the models you listed.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned - the aluminum in these cases is much easier to cut than a steel case. I used a combination of holesaw / dremel / jigsaw / hand files. It was pretty easy to get a good-looking...
Odin75,
Out of the box, the PC-7 Plus II does NOT have the holes needed to route the power cables behind the motherboard. However, it is a very easy and safe mod. You're only cutting parts that don't show - so it's not like a side window or a blowhole mod.

Using a 1.5" holesaw and a Dremel, I made openings in the back panel for the wires to pass through. The upper round opening is just ahead of the PSU, and will allow the PSU cables to be routed behind the motherboard tray. The oval opening was made by cutting...
I had just bought my PC7 when this case came out, or I would have one.
It's funny because I got the PC7 and one of the 5.25 hard drive bays, just like the one included with the PC16.
The perforated front would look really cool with a white CCFL behind it...

In the product description linked for the ACRyan grill, it says that their grills will fit the Black Ice rads, but not the Thermochills.
I used this template for my BIP III and it worked fine.
