I am having the same issue. EVGA 8800 Ultra, Vista 64, 169.12. And mostly happening with UT3. I haven't OCed the card at all, and the temps are at 65c when its happening, so it's not overheating. The card plays every other game perfectly.

Well, when I shipped mine back to them the second time to look at the broken DVI port, they paid for shipping both ways because unlike the firmware upgrade, this is considered to be a "repair" and is covered under warranty. They had FedEx at my door the day after I set it up.

I suppose, but why would it work before the firmware and not after? All it added was the option for 1:1 pixel mapping, which I have set to "full" anyways, so the signal should be processed the same way as before the firmware.
