Ok, so I run the disk for set up, it formats, I make a new partition, it checks the disks, etc. I restart my comp like it tells me too, and I have to keep re-formating, make the new partition, check the disk, etc. Its like a never ending circle or formation madness. What should I do?

I keep pressing enter to load and its a no go. It says I need to connect the HDDs. Are there specific drivers that I should load? Im not sure which ones to make a disk out of... god this is confusing.

Yeah, I put the floppy in and got to that screen. It took 12 minutes to make the floppy and it loaded the drivers and shit, But it loads really quick, and im not that sure if its loading or not....I think the floppy is broken because these disks may not be working >.> What should I do to check?

Well I dont think my floppy works because when I try to make a driver disk with my dads desktop and I use it on the comp and press S to specify and load the disk it never loads the SATA drivers or maybe im just thick and am doing something wrong?
