Nope. IIRC VPC emulates generic video, so the video card in the machine makes no difference. http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/games/

Download the ISO of the distro, then create a new virtual machine and boot it with the ISO mounted in the cdrom of the VM. VPC won't work with some distros. VMWare has a bit better compatibility.

I really like the MS Bluetooth mouse. I use it with my Powerbook w/ built in BT. Like mose BT mice, it doesn't have a swich to turn it off, so you either have to carry spare batteries, or pull one out when your not using it. But I get enough life out of this MS mouse that I just leave it on...

Yes, great quality at the cost of huge file size. I encoded a 4meg file and it grew to 10meg. Encoding a movie from 700megs grew to well over 1.5gigs. I can sacrafice some quality for half the size using xvid or divx, and not have it take days to encode..

Encoding in H.264 takes forever and is far from the optimal format. :/
