I bought one to replace a late 2008 15" MacBook Pro. Everything works fine so far. Im really impressed at the clarity of the screen and how thin the machine is. I got the 2.7/ 512GB/455 in space gray version.
I just upgraded to Yosemite. In Safari Clearing website history makes auto logins to be signed out. Everytime I clear website history I have to sign back into hardforum.com. Is there a work around this? Previous versions of safari would give you an option of what website data you wanted to clear.
I added a line and they charged me a $36 "activation fee". I called att customer service and told them to waive it. Was put on hold for 30 seconds while it was reviewed. Girl came back and said it was waived.

yes...removing it makes the trackpad click normally. it will also click when I first start using my laptop, but after using the laptop for a while it no longer clicks. I guess it expands when it gets hot and is in use :confused:
I have a swollen battery on my late 2008 unibody macbook pro. This is causing the trackpad not to click anymore. I don't have applecare.
