Quite normal as there is two sperate dies on the package. Each die will react to Vcore differently. I have about a 6c difference in temps across the seperate dies. Try a couple of mounts and see if it changes, but dont sweat it if it does not get better.

DO NOT get a QX9650 if you plan on using the 680i/780i. Looks like Intel is pissin in Nvidia's pool for not licensing SLI on the X38. Retail chips are not working well/at all in the above mentioned chipsets. Go P35 for single card slutions and X38 for Crotchfire. I suggest waiting for X38 to...
