Who's using what brand and what are your likes/dislikes about them? I've heard that some of them have incredible sound reproduction... I just bought a cheap pair of sony buds ($40) that sound better than any pair of headphones I've ever had and they are hardly what you would call "professional"...
Using a maxtor 6y080p0 in a comp.usa model hd-337 external enclosure... the drive in it was my boot drive from my win.xp.pro setup that died from some motherboard/power.supply problem... anyways... i was trying to transfer some files from my wife's laptop onto it and i'm getting an error saying...
anything under 40$ that is working...i don't care about speed as i am only using this one time long enough to flash the bios... i bought a motherboard/cpu combo and motherboard i bought doesn't support the 64-bit sempron i bought without a bios flash... which i cannot do without another proc...

When looking at the workgroup from my "server" I can see the other computer and browse it's files but from the other computer I can see the "server" in the workgroup, but when I try to browse my "server's" files I get a permissions error.

Ok... created a partition and was transferring files... had a power outage during the process and it corrupted not only the new partition but the original... i installed an image of a fresh windows install... and i am trying to use "recover my files" but it has been searching for two days now...
I am about to format/reinstall... and i was just wondering are there any advantages/disadvantages to not installing the service packs and only installing all the critical/recommended updates... someone suggested only installing the critical/recommended updates that is why i'm asking... would...
Ok... so if these guys can copy eachothers technology and not have to worry about patent infringement... why hasn't amd done this... it's would give them that final edge they need (IMO) to finally trump those damn other guys. I just don't understand it... has there been talk? I don't follow this...
Can anyone tell me what laser systems the companies that do this are? I am looking at getting into doing this not just for PC stuff but also for mall kiosk related items... I've been doing google searches for laser cutting/engraving but haven't come across too many that really give details on...
