That is a great question. Thanks for asking. The two prints on the left of Armstrong and Aldrin are prints taken from the actual film negatives from the camera both astronauts used. My dad worked for Eastman Kodak for 35 years and was able to get prints from someone inside the company. I have...
Just to add my .02 cents. I bought two 2080ti FE cards from Nvidia on October 22nd. Both cards died last Saturday and Sunday (11/14 and 11/15) One with space invaders and one with Black screen lockup. I have been approved for an advanced RMA but the replacement cards have not shipped yet. Both...
Thanks for the great complement!
I began gathering parts back in July and actually started the build in mid August. It took almost two months to put it all together...The most time consuming part was all the acrylic bending...some of the longer runs took upwards of 3-4 hours each  There...
Hello!
I posted my new 900D Build in the watercooling gallery...thought it might make sense to post here too!
I was inspired by all the new cool 900d builds out there, so two months ago I decided to create a new gaming machine, but my challenge was to do all the bends in acrylic tube...no...
Hello!
I was inspired by all the new cool 900d builds out there, so two months ago I decided to create a new gaming machine, but my challenge was to do all the bends in acrylic tube...no rotary or angle fittings!! I ended up only using 2 rotary fittings...I was close ;): It was an amazing...
New build parts arrived so I spent the entire day benchmarking and overclocking my three EVGA GTX 780 SC ACX cards individually. I had already done this once, but decided it was time to try a modded bios. I started by using the Skyn3t V2 ACX Bios, but I was getting a lot of throttling. I decided...
Starting a whole new build....got a bunch of parts in and was testing out the new Z87 chipset Intel Raid on my M6E....So far very impressive..

According to my local store, Microcenter will be selling Haswell processors and an array of z87 boards tomorrow morning 6/2, at 11:00am
BTW...4770k will be 279.99!!

I have had 3 4770k processors and Z87 boards for a few weeks to test overclocking....and none of them are hitting 5.0Ghz with far higher voltages. The highest I have been able to get one STABLE is 4.6ghz on Water...Once the reviews are out this weekend, it will be interesting to see if the...
This particular RAID-0 setup was only on the 3Gbs ports....I have since replaced that array with two Vertex 3 Max IOPS drives....
Here is the result....:D
I just built a Monster Sandy Bridge "Beast" Rig....I wanted to run a OCZ Revodrive X2 240, but apparently because of OCZ or ASUS issues the drive will only run at about half speed....each company is pointing the finger the other way....Here is a screenshot of the RevoDrive X2 Atto...
You need BIOS 1802 from Asus website...for 980X to work properly.

Only had a little time tonight....
I ran Graysky's x264 benchmark....Here are the results...I have added some comparison charts that were done with the same benchmark...but my tests were at 4.5Ghz. The first pass really only uses four threads effectively, but the second one is more widely...
Is there some document from Intel that says Gulftowns are rated for 2v+? That would seem hard to believe, but I would love to read it...It would make me feel better about running 4.8Ghz at 1.6v....I am sure the chip I have would do 5.0+ if I put 1.8v to it also...

There are....but I am sure the people selling them are either..1.) Illegally selling ES chips...or 2.) Violating NDA and/or Ad Embargos by selling retail units before the official release date...:(

Well.. In my case....I work in the computer industry and my company works closely with Intel....So every once in a while I ask to test a new chip...and every once in a while I receive one :):)
