Just because you have not been lucky with their motherboards does not mean others have, I've read to many stories about their motherboards working just fine. ;):p
I would get the following

If you can try to buy a cheap 2x1 gig set so your not mis matching ram.
I wish you luck in winning the nvision contest, I was watching a youtube video and I spotted the Rogue. Your case is at 5 minutes 13 seconds in the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6RK9mK82L8
Your ht at 2000 it is right because I believe it doubles itself to give the 4000. Also you have a 9950 so you can overclock with multipliers which will give you a better overclock then trying to overclock the bus speed. Finally with revisions I believe you would be talking about the difference...
I believe that adapter is for your motherboard and not a video card, It also says in the description of the product "This adapter converts 2 standard 4-pin Molex connectors into 1 8-pin P8 connector allowing you to use today's powerful motherboards!" So that adapter won't work.
The 8pin is for cpu only and I am pretty sure you can't use it for your video card. You can convert one 6 pin to a 8 pin so you then would have a 6 pin and 8 pin power.
I believe it should work depending on if you get a bios update to support it. You have a gigabyte mobo so you should get a bios update because from my experience gigabyte is a good brand.
Tigerdirect has the 4870 in stock. they have a Visiontek and a Sapphire.

I am almost positive it is your gpu, I had almost the same exact problem with my old video card and I to thought it was my ram or something but it wasn't it was my gpu. So if you can put a different gpu in. If that doesn't fix the problem put your older psu back in and see if that fixes your...
LOL works for me from NY, it says it should take about 42 days and 14 hours to go across the country and to Kayak across the pacific. Pretty decent time or I could take a plane thou that just my opinion.
Go download gpu-z and see if it says the same thing if it does then I would check your bios to see if it is set to be like that in your bios, if it does change it to be 16x instead of 4x.
You can but you will need an adapter that will connect both of the 24 pin power connectors so that when you turn your computer on it will also turn on both psu.
I don't think they go by where the reviewers live, I am pretty sure the nda is up June 25 12am EST. Either way I know all of us [H] members will be on just waiting for this review.
Yeah no bf3 stuff yet =( I am hopping we will get a trailer at E3 this year but who knows. I also heard about a fall 08 launch but that most likely won't happen so bf3 most likely won't be hear until spring 09 or so like bigbadgreen was saying.
You should choose me because I have a low end i-inc (Hanns-G) monitor and I would like to compare it to a higher end monitor. I have a decent rig and I can run any game max or very close to compare image quality of the two monitors, and plus I need a new lcd lol.
You could probably sell the fx 60 and the mobo on ebay and just build a newer machine. Check ebay on the what the fx 60 are going for, I believe they go for around $200 or so.
All am2 x2 support ddr2 800 ram.I don't believe there is any difference from the other "be" low power amd dual cores. The difference with say the 4450 from the 4400 is that it is a 45 watt dual core and not a 65 watt dual core.
