Well I DO have a 10 inch shovelhead catfish fish in it. The water stays pretty clear. I'm not sure it will heat up. Consider there's a lot of surface area over the whole aquarium. Plus, there's gonna be a lot of hose running between, too.

Has anyone ever actully used one? I have a 55gallon one across the room. I could use a submersible pump, and have probably truly room temperature water, better than a rad setup even. I would have to run tubing across the room, but I grow closer to Lain every day anyway.

This board seems to report temps wrong. Mine says 35 right after boot, and never goes over 42. So I assume there's a temperature offset. Mine is stock, and fails to detect my SATA hard drive on bootup, so I have to go into the CMOS and do 'auto detect' every time, which is a PITA. I don't...

I have an RS482 and a SATA drive. About half the time it fails to detect, so I just go into the CMOS setup and autodetect on channel 2. Then it boots fine. I tried to install SuSe 10 and it doesn't even make it past to the setpu screen; right after you choose 'install' it locks up.

I paid 125 at the egg for the same drive a few weeks ago, no free shipping though. I think I'm going to get one because it's really quiet, plus I could RAID.

Why do they charge sales tax to OH? I don't think I've ever been charged sales tax online. So it's between Maxtor 16mb for 106.99 or Seagate 8mb for 104.98. I value quietness and reliability, I do not game. Choose for me.

The thing is, the music was probably recorded with pro audio gear. So what's the point of using better gear to listen to it. What's the point of using silver interconnects in your speaker system to listen to music that was recorded with $1/foot copper microphone cable?
